This "Cookie Clarification Text" has been prepared within the framework of Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller". • To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (f) (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the KVKK to third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,

 

7. YOUR APPLICATION TO THE COMPANY AS A DATA SUBJECT (RELEVANT PERSON)

As a personal data owner (Relevant Person), your applications to the COMPANY will be answered positively or negatively by the COMPANY within 30 days, with justification. Although the applications to be made by the parties are free of charge as a rule, if the transaction requires cost, the COMPANY reserves the right to request the cost. The amount of the cost to be requested will be calculated over the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board according to Article 13 of the KVKK.
