CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

 

The guest can request cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date. In this case, the guest's reservation will be cancelled free of charge. However, if the guest requests cancellation within the last 48 hours, the nightly fee will be charged, and the remaining contract price will be refunded.

If the guest requests to change the packages or service offered to them, provided that the relevant request is deemed appropriate by Coastline Hotel, the change will be made on the condition that the price difference between the previous service received, and the new service requested is paid and also according to the availability of the facility. However, if the pricing of the new service is lower than the previous service price, Coastline Hotel will refund the price difference to the consumer.

In case the guest themselves or their first-degree relatives have a serious illness or disease that prevents them from staying for 1 day coinciding with the accommodation period; In case of official report to be taken from a full-fledged state hospital or in case of death; Provided that this is documented, the cancellation request of the reservation request is accepted. In this case, the contract price paid by the guest will be refunded to the guest, except for the costs arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations and the costs paid to third parties and invoiced / documented and non-refundable. In this case, reports and documents shall be submitted before the start of the service. Otherwise, no refund will be made, and Coastline Hotel has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the guest after 24 hours.

Coastline Hotel accepts cash and credit cards for payment and reserves the right to temporarily withdraw a certain amount before arrival.
